Advanced Copier Solutions Is a small independent copier dealer that provides office machine equipment sales and service for all types of Copiers, Printers, and Network scanning devices. Mike got started in 1994 as a Konica Minolta Technician for a Gaithersburg MD copier dealer where he was a Senior copier service technician for 8 years. In 2008 Mike started Advanced Copier Solutions. Mike Gingell was a factory trained Konica Minolta technician and Toshiba technician for Nauticon Imaging for 6 years as well as Advanced Business Systems in Cockeysville MD whereas a young technician he won service technician of the quarter award after he completed a shocking 905 service calls in the jungles of downtown Baltimore City in less than 3 months with less than a 1% callback rate! We provide service for Canon and Konica Minolta as well as many additional manufactures. Our technicians are factory trained and work with multiple brands. We currently operate from our small home-based office and workshop in Silver Spring Maryland. We carry a good selection of parts and toner and deliver these items to our customers. We also provide parts and service for outdated machines in addition to brand new equipment. We sell both brand new as well as low meter like new used office copiers. We are often times a better fit for smaller companies on a tight budget.
